    Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm the issue. Approved returns will be processed promptly.

  5. Replacement or Refund

    • Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same product if available.

    • If a replacement is not possible, a refund equivalent to the item’s value will be issued via a suitable method agreed upon.

  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Items that are in good condition, worn, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
